The CBS Concert Band may be the best community band in Newfoundland. This polished performance group wows audiences with their renditions of music from all genres.
The Concert Band is our polished senior performing group, led by Mr. Jeff Stentaford (Bachelor of Music from Memorial University; Master of Music from Duquesne University). Rehearsals for this group are held on Tuesday nights.
The Concert Band has won accolades from across North America, consistently achieving Gold and Silver Standards at the St. John’s Rotary Festival, Disney Performance Workshop and a Gold Medal winning performance in the University Bands category at The Festival at Sea.
